Our Returns & Refunds policy
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, we’ll exchange or refund it. You have a period of 28 days for purchases on this Website from date of Product delivery and cancel the contract and receive a full refund of the Product purchase price and any standard delivery costs without stating any reason.
To exercise your right to withdraw from your Contract you must provide Shasonic in writing of your decision within the above-mentioned time period. The easiest way to do so is to contact us by email – harrow@sonycentres.co.uk
Once you have exercised your right to change your mind you must return the Products in its original packaging along with all accessories and must not be damaged in any way. If product is not returned in its original packaging, is damaged or has missing accessories, we reserve the right to refuse refund or charge for missing accessories. Please note, this could be up to 50% of the price of the item.
If you wish to return only parts of your purchase, for instance from a bundle or from several products you purchased benefiting from a promotional saving (discount or free shipping costs), the received discount is void, and the full discount will be deducted from the refund. For example, if you receive £50 savings when you purchase a TV and a soundbar together or you receive a promotional saving of £50 or free shipment worth £10 when purchasing above a certain monetary threshold and you return either item(s) separately, the £50 savings or £10 saved shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. However, so called Product Kits (meaning Product box with multiple items in the same box such as camera and lens) cannot be returned partially.
You’ll be refunded within 14 days from the day you drop your product to a drop-off point or us collecting the product from your home.
The following unwanted items cannot be returned:
- Returning product after 30 days
- Custom made or special-order products
- Products such as in-ear headphones or ear plugs once opened
If your product develops a fault after 30 days but within the warranty period then we will offer a prompt repair service. You can either return this back to us for repair or we may arrange for it to be repaired through the manufacturers' service agents. Please note that this does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, exposure to sand and water, or failure to follow the manufacturer's operating instructions. You will be liable for all delivery charges covering the return and replacement of the faulty product. You may return the product back to us by courier or in person to our store at:

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United Kingdom. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
